Today, Sunday, Al-Nouran Bank published to its customers the registration and reservation mechanism and the conditions necessary to enter the foreign currency reservation platform for individuals through the Central Bank of Libya.

Registration method and conditions:
🔹️ Registration in the system for the first time is through 3 important data, and this account is a permanent account throughout the year.
🔸️ National number
🔸️ A valid passport number
🔸️A phone number linked to the national number
The next step is to choose Al-Nooran Bank from the group of listed banks. In this step, you need the IBAN number sent to you by the bank in order for the data to be matched.
🔹️ After successful matching, customers will be able to reserve the value and choose the service they want to reserve (Visa card) – (foreign currency account, which means Money Gram transfer)
🔹️When the customer chooses the (card) or (foreign currency account MoneyGram) service, the (Status) box is monitored periodically from within the system and it is either (Awaiting Approval) or (Approved)
🔹️If the transaction is executed for the (card) or (foreign currency MoneyGram account) service and the status is (Approved), he will receive a message from the branch charging the value.
When the customer chooses the service (the MoneyGram account in foreign currency) and the status is (approved), he visits the branch to provide them with a copy of the recipient’s passport.
General terms and conditions:
🔹️The value must be fully deposited in the customer’s bank account.
🔹️The maximum amount sold per person during the year is $4,000 or its equivalent in other currencies.
🔸️Important note:
When you choose (an account in foreign currency) in the Central Bank of Libya system, you can come to the branch and specify the type of your request as follows:
🔹️If you want a MoneyGram transfer (bring a copy of the recipient’s passport)
🔹️The value can be deposited into your current foreign currency account.
🔹️If you want to open a foreign currency account, you can open this type of account at the branch.
