The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported on Monday that there are seven defendants for the double crime perpetrated in 2015 against the rapper Tirone González “Canserbero” and the bassist Carlos Molnar.

“To Marcos Pratolongo for the crimes of homicide qualified as treason and futile motive, in the qualification of unnecessary accomplice, simulation of a punishable act, obstruction of the administration of justice and criminal association”, Saab pointed.
He highlighted the police officers Edgar Trillo, Gilbert Cruz and Teresa Pinto, accused of the crimes of obstruction of justice and aggravated corruption.
He stressed that more than 120 investigations had been carried out into Canserbero’s death.
He specified that the special early trial hearings were held between 26 and 27 December, provided for by Article 40 of the Organic Code of Criminal Procedure (COPP).
