Actress Luu Huyen Trang – who appeared in many VTV dramas is a police lieutenant and has made many contributions to her acting career.
Performer Liu Xuan Trang Born in 1987 in Tuyen Quang. Born right when the movie Saigon Special Forces was being shown and was widely loved by the audience, Huyen Trang’s parents named her after their favorite character in the movie. That was probably her first connection with art.
Luu Huyen Trang has appeared in many Vietnamese TV series such as: Rainbow of Love, House with Many Windows, Swordless Musketeers, 13 Female Prisoners, Love on a Sunny Day… Recently, the actress appeared in the latest family-themed film called My House is Strange by director Dinh Tuan Vu. In the film, Huyen Trang plays Diem Huong, the wife of Quang Hai (played by Tuan Tu), with humorous details, bringing many relaxing moments to the audience.
Working at the Police Drama Troupe under the Ministry of Public Security, Luu Huyen Trang performed a series of big and small roles on stage. Sharing about her work, the female police lieutenant once confided: “I am proud and lucky to be a People’s Police soldier, trained in an environment with discipline from the smallest things such as time and living style. Wearing a military uniform, I am always careful in my statements and actions to be suitable for the industry, with the image of a People’s Police soldier. I want to contribute to the cadres, soldiers and people across the country with quality plays, carrying profound humane messages, spreading good values in life”.
During her career, Luu Huyen Trang has won many awards, but for her, the most memorable is the award for the play Khong la cu an (Not a case) of the People’s Police Theater. Thanks to this play, she won the gold medal at the third People’s Police Soldier Image Festival. “I remember this award the most because it marked my return to the stage after a long absence. As soon as I returned to the stage, I received this role. It was also the first award I received in my theater career” – she confided.

Luu Huyen Trang also has a famous younger brother, actor Luu Duy Khanh – who plays Hieu in the movie Father’s Gift. Before that, he was known to the audience through the movie Street in the Village with the image of a People’s Police soldier.
Sharing with Bao about the two sisters pursuing the artistic path, Luu Huyen Trang said: “My parents always respect their children’s decisions and always support us. Both sisters are on the artistic path and now both my sister and I are gradually achieving certain successes in our careers. When there is a post on Facebook or an article by the two sisters, new films, new images, my parents feel proud and support their children by sharing the post and commenting.”

Although she is very active in her art, Luu Huyen Trang is very secretive in her private life. When talking about love and marriage, actress Tuyen Quang only gently confided: “Marriage is fate, if there is fate, we can come together, if there is no fate, we have to let go. Each tree has its own flower, each house has its own situation. Private matters are difficult to talk about, only those involved know. Saying that without competition, happiness will be smooth sailing is not entirely true.”
