Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze blamed the global war party for the assassination attempt against his Slovak counterpart Robert Fico and admitted that he could be the next target.

“I emphasize that according to preliminary information, the trace of the attack on the prime minister is related to the intelligence of one of the countries that is particularly closely connected with the side of the global war,” Kobakhidze said on his Facebook page.
The Prime Minister decided to talk about the threats he received from one of the European commissioners. Kobakhidze did not mention his name. It is assumed that it was about the law “On Foreign Agents”.
According to Kobakhidze, in the conversation with him, the European Commissioner listed a number of measures after the president vetoed the law “On Foreign Agents”.
“While listing these measures, he noted: ‘If you have seen what happened to Fico, you should be very careful,'” the Prime Minister of Georgia wrote.
Kobakhidze noted that this parallel reminds us that we are facing an extremely dangerous force on the side of the global war.
“He is ready to do everything to bring chaos to Georgia,” said Kobakhidze, adding that their plans will not come true this time either.
“Peace and political stability will certainly be preserved in Georgia, this is a necessary condition for the development of the country,” added the Prime Minister.
