(47 years old, from Luc Yen district, Yen Bai province) was running on Highway 70 in the direction from Hanoi to Luc Yen (Yen Bai), to Khe village. Tan Huong commune suddenly had a collision with a tractor driven by Mr. Vu Duc N. (36 years old, from Phu Tho) driving in the opposite direction.
According to the representative, at the time of the accident, the weather was rainy, the road was slippery, and the bus was carrying about 20 people. Fortunately, the accident only left the bus driver with minor injuries.
At the scene, the passenger car was severely damaged at the front, the front windshield and part of the left side of the car were broken.
