Localized heavy rain has the potential to cause flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on slopes and flooding in low-lying areas; Flooding in urban areas.

In the Central Central region and the northern Central Highlands, the two areas continued to experience moderate rain and thunderstorms, with locally heavy to very heavy rain on May 23.
