The yacht was sunk off Sicily in 2024, killing British technology tycoon Mike Lynch, may have been drowned by a speed of more than 128 km/h.
The Investigation Agency of the Maritime accident (MAIB), said the winds of more than 128 km/h have “fiercely attacked” the yacht, causing it to be flooded in seconds, BBC Report.

However, this information is not recorded in the ship’s notebook, resulting in Bayesian’s owners and crews may not know about this risk, the report said.
Maib is investigating the incident because Bayesian is registered in the United Kingdom.
Maib said the current report is based on “a limited amount of evidence” because the Italian criminal investigation is restricting the right to approach the ship’s body.
The 56 -meter -long shipment campaign was suspended after a diver was killed in the process of working with the ship’s body. The work is expected to continue on May 15.
