The need for legal reforms in marriage?

A woman may have conquered the world, but the society sees and judges her on the basis of her marriage.

She herself wants a life partner with her achievements in her life who will accept her and make her life easy.

If she is sitting sad, talk to her for a while. Make him feel that he is important in his life. A woman wants nothing more than that.

When a woman is desired by her husband, she stays with him in any condition.

However, most husbands do not value their wives. They bring them in marriage but then break them up.

That’s why parents are afraid to marry their daughters. They scrutinize every relationship that comes for their daughters and are very careful not to offend the suitors.

He speaks to them frankly on every subject, but carefully so that what is being said does not get spoiled or gets spoiled. When their daughter gets married, the whole family comes to support them so that they can bravely hand over their daughter to an unknown man.

In this regard, Nikah Nama is said to be a document that protects the rights of a woman in marriage. However, legally his status is not that special and socially he does not come into any account.

Girls shy away from discussing this with guys during relationship discussions. The same thing so that they don’t feel bad.

The doors of twenty houses are open for them. If they get up from here, they will go somewhere else and sit. If not, someone else will give them their daughter.

A woman makes a lot of sacrifices in marriage. She changes her home as well as her identity. Then, if he does not receive further appreciation, his heart breaks.

It has often been seen that a man marries a woman by making many promises and then refuses to fulfill those promises. Women spend with him thankfully. If the matter becomes very bad, the heart becomes strong and separates from it. Then take his grief.

Every family has two or four such examples. However, our society restricts this paper to just fill bio data of boy and girl.

If the bridegroom wants to put a condition on the second page of the marriage certificate, they are asked to consider the language.

The government should play its role in this complex situation.

First, the marriage registration system should be a link between the Union Council and NADRA so that every marriage registered in the Union Council is immediately registered in the records of NADRA.

This will help women a lot. The hidden marriages of their husbands will come to light. Or those men who do not register their marriage despite marrying them, their compulsory registration will be possible.

Along with this, if it is made a law that every marriage contract has certain conditions written in advance such as:

A man will keep his wife with him after marriage.

He will be responsible for his non-maintenance.

He will bear the responsibility of the children born from this marriage.

And if he gives a certain part of his salary to his wife every month in the form of pocket money, the life of women can change a lot.

In this regard, along with the marriage certificate, certified proof of husband’s income, which he must submit every year in case of increase in income, must be included. Apart from this, his bank account and property details should also be a part of the Nikah Nama.

So that no man can walk out of marriage just because my mind has not accepted you since this morning.

At least in such a case the woman can claim her right through this paper and start her life again.

These measures will also help the women whom these men choose for their next marriages. She will be able to easily decide whether to marry them or not by knowing their previous marriages.

It is not enough to marry off daughters with the help of language alone. Protection of their rights is very important and the government needs to play its role more than the society in this regard.
