The Superior Electoral Court (TSE) has called the Federal Police (PF) to investigate the false affiliation of President Lula (PT, photo) with the PL, the party of Jair Bolsonaro and Valdemar Costa Neto.

The president of the TSE, Minister Alexandre de Moraes, ordered the investigation into the case.
“Considering the existence of evidence of crime deriving from the insertion of false data into the electoral system, a copy of these files must be transmitted to the Director General of the Federal Police for the adoption of all appropriate measures which must, in due course, be reported to this Electoral Superior of the Court”Moraes specifies in the order.

The TSE’s internal investigation ruled out this possibility “system attack or programming error”.
The Electoral Court has identified the use of “valid credentials for registering a new false membership” made through the login of the lawyer Ana Daniela Leite and Aguiar, who provides services to the PL.
The lawyer’s login has more than 75 thousand shares in the TSE system. For the Court, the high volume of appeals is a sign that the data is not only in the possession of Ana Daniela Leite and Aguiar.

What did Valdemar Costa Neto say?
The national president of the PL, Valdemar Costa Neto, declared that the case is a “big nonsense” and attributed false affiliation to Lula “some hacker”.
“It is obvious that the affiliation was carried out by a hacker. We will also ask for an investigation from the PF. In October, MP Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG) absurdly appeared to be a member of the PT. That our lawyer appears as the author of the alleged affiliation is a normal fact, because she is accredited by the TSE to consolidate affiliations at a national level”Valdemar told the newspaper.
