Sheila Kiss became interested in health and fitness in her thirties after giving birth to her second child. However, her goal was not to significantly lose weight, but rather to shape her body. At the age of thirty-nine, she visited the gym for the first time and fell in love with strength training so much that she developed the figure of her dreams. Thanks to this, he can still model today.

Sixty-six-year-old Sheila has been maintaining a routine of six training sessions a week for two hours for many years. In this way, she maintains her slim model figure for a long time, but thanks to exercise, she also gained strength and flexibility. Sheila, who currently lives in Bali, Indonesia, refuses to count calories and avoids the scale as her main goal is to get fit. In addition to exercise, he relies on a healthy and balanced diet and does not take any supplements or protein powder. On his Instagram, he can boast of well-developed abs at his age.

Sheila even admits that she regularly receives messages from men in their twenties who are eager to get to know each other. They ask if she has Tinder (ie, an internet dating site). “I started living a healthy lifestyle when I was about thirty, after my second child. I went to tennis twice a week and started doing aerobics, which was very popular in the eighties.” claims Sheila Kiss, who attended lessons five times a week with three children. At that time, Sheila was also partially engaged in modeling and maintained her figure for shows in swimsuits.

The mother of three didn’t start strengthening until she was in her forties. “Weightlifting significantly changes your body shape,” says Sheila, according to which a slim body is not always healthy. And so she aimed for a sporty look from the very beginning. At the age of forty-nine, the 60-year-old from Great Britain became interested in Bikram yoga, and she still practices it. “I can practice it six days a week. It is quite demanding, but it makes a beautiful figure and trains the mind. One lesson lasts an hour and a half and is practiced at a temperature of 41°C.” describes Sheila. Among other things, yoga helps her to improve flexibility, which is especially important at an advanced age.

When it comes to general health, Sheila claims that she is never sick, she only visits the doctor as a precaution. She also receives many compliments daily, not only from men but also from women. “I want to be like you when I’m older,” say many women for whom Sheila is a great inspiration. And what about male attention! “Men often stare at me,” laughs Sheila. “I’m old enough to be their mother. They’re completely confusing my Instagram page with Tinder,” concludes the still active model Sheila Kiss.
