“The March” film screened in Quneitra

Within the framework of the 25th session of the Cultural Center, the Hassan II Foundation for Moroccans Residing Abroad announced that it will screen the film “The Green March” by director Youssef Britel on Friday, July 26, at 5:30 p.m. at its socio-cultural center in Kenitra. The screening will be organized in the presence of the director and actors Mohamed Choubi and Mohamed Khoui.

The Hassan II Foundation for Moroccans Living Abroad explained in a statement that “this show is part of the cultural activities of the Maqam, which aim to introduce Morocco, its history and traditions, and to strengthen the ties of the children of Moroccans living abroad with their mother country.”

The statement added that “this year’s cultural event will benefit 740 children between the ages of 9 and 13, coming from different countries of the world, whether European, Arab or African, in addition to the United States of America and Canada.”

The same source reported that “the cultural camp extends from July 6 to August 20 in three stages; the first from Saturday July 6 to Friday July 19 (245 children), the second from Monday July 22 to Sunday August 4 (240 children), and the third from Wednesday August 7 to Tuesday August 20 (255 children).”
