Currently, only 53/105 plots in Duc Ward have been handed over, the remaining plots have been partially revoked, and people are being encouraged to continue handing over.

Households eligible for resettlement will be allocated land in Bau Va planning areas 3 and 4, Lich Doi area (Thuy Xuan ward, Hue city) to build stable housing.

These cases do not fully meet the prescribed criteria for resettlement, so people have not handed over land to the state.
