The King condoles the President of the United Arab Emirates

King Mohammed VI sent a message of condolence and sympathy to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, following the death of Sheikh Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, who passed away, may God bless him and grant him peace.

The King said, in this telegram, “I have been informed with deep emotion and sorrow of the obituary of your dear deceased, His Highness Sheikh Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, who passed away the inevitable death, covered by forgiveness and contentment.”

Among what was stated in the King’s telegram: “On this painful occasion, I express to Your Highness, and through you to your venerable princely family and to the brotherly Emirati people, my deepest condolences and sincere feelings of sympathy, in this affliction for which God’s judgment is inevitable, asking the Almighty to reward the late and blessed one abundantly for what he has done.” He provided great services to his country and his nation, and may Shabib shower mercy and forgiveness upon him, and may he rest in peace in heaven, and may he compensate you for his passing with patience and good condolences.”

He added, “As I renew to Your Highness my sincerest sympathy, praying to God Almighty to protect you and your princely family, and to grant you good health and well-being, I hope that you, Your Highness and my dearest brother, will kindly accept my highest expressions of affection and appreciation.”
