The judge was surprised by Saltanat’s letter to Bishimbayev

Bishimbayev’s lawyer, Erlan Gazymzhanov, submitted a motion to include in the materials of the criminal case Nukenova’s statement, written in her own hand when she allegedly died, reports Liter.kz.

During the hearing, the defense noted that in his interrogation, Bishimbayev explained that Nukenova did not want to leave the house because he did not give a printout of his conversations when they lived.

After providing a printout, he explained that she wrote him a statement in her own hand, specifically regarding the circumstances in his notebook.

I, Saltanat Nukenova, promise to restore trust in Kuandyk, I will trust, I will not be jealous, I promise to regularly go to a psychologist, work on myself, work on my trust, I will be sincere, obedient and respect Kuandyk, I will be a loving and caring wife who protects family hearth, I won’t swear, I won’t flare up. If this happens, I will be understanding and pull myself together. I swear, I will trust his opinion, I believe that he is doing me good. I looked at the details, and I felt better, my fears were not justified, I am grateful to Kuandyk for giving me the opportunity. Maybe it was not easy and ugly on my part, but I couldn’t do it any other way. I am very grateful for what he did for me, which was important to me. I, in turn, promise that I will work on myself, and I promise that I will not suffer and torment him with my suspicion and mistrust, I will appreciate our love and attitude towards me. I undertake to care, respect, always support my beloved Kuandyk, read prayer with Kuandyk, work with my consciousness, grow spiritually, take care of my home and our love with the help of Allah. He once brought us together, and I am very grateful to him for my love and my husband,” Bishimbayev’s lawyer read out the text.

Is this the wife writing to her husband? How can this be understood? This is the first time I have seen a wife write something like this to her husband. So what’s next for this? Why has it not been provided until now during the pre-trial investigation? – she asked.

Bishimbayev’s defense attorney responded that the statement became known during the trial, after the defendant was interrogated, and it was located in the mother’s house.

Lawyers for the injured party supported the defense’s request to include Kuandyk Bishimbayev’s notebook, a note written on behalf of the deceased Nukenova, in the case materials. Since this is proof of psychological pressure on the part of Bishimbayev.
