The head of Putin’s office has died

Alexander Golublev, head of the office of Russian President Vladimir Putin, has diedreports Liter.kz.

Putin expressed condolences to Golublev’s sons. The telegram was published on website Kremlin.

“Alexander Mikhailovich was an experienced leader, honest, decent, very responsive and friendly person,” the telegram states.

The President of Russia noted Golublev’s professional and personal qualities. Dedication to his work earned the official well-deserved authority and was invariably in demand in the most important areas of the public service, Putin concluded.

“The bright memory of Alexander Mikhailovich Golublev will forever remain in the hearts of loved ones, friends and colleagues,” the text of the telegram says.

According to information RBC, Golublev headed the office of the President of Russia in 2014, before which he worked in the government. As head of the chancellery, Golublev replaced Anton Kobyakov, who has since been an adviser to Putin. In 2018, the Russian President reappointed Golublev to this position.

The office is part of the administration of the President of the Russian Federation and provides documentation services for its activities.
