The man was behaving erratically while walking on the street with a swollen face and obvious blood stains.
Recently, a semi-naked man in the Czech Republic cut off his ears and “little penis” while wandering on the street.
Accordingly, this man was first discovered running on the streets of a village near the city of Usti nad Labem with a swollen face. Police quickly called medical staff to the scene.
But when paramedics arrived, they discovered that the man with the “erratic” behavior had suffered injuries much more serious than his swollen face.
Noticing blood on his face, paramedics pulled the man’s hair away from his face and discovered that both of his ears had been severed. Doctors said they quickly discovered that his penis had also been removed.
But after being sedated, the man admitted to medical staff that he had cut his ears and genitals before adding: “I don’t know why I did it.” The man said the swelling on his face was caused by falling to the ground.
Doctors said this man was suffering from psychosis due to intoxication after they discovered a dangerous combination of meth and marijuana in his blood.
Experts believe that such a toxic state of psychosis is similar to the effects of schizophrenia.
The man was quickly taken by medical staff to a local hospital for further treatment.
The rescue agency from the Usti region published an anonymous medical report to warn drug users about the effects of meth, the most abused drug in the Czech Republic.
Rescue service spokesman Prokop Volenik added: “Due to the really sensitive nature of the incident, we will not release more detailed information about where the event took place. Not even the district.”
