Until the year 2022, the government has not been able to pay the money of the public service providers through the public market or the suppliers. Many of them are affected by this debt that was not paid by the government, especially those from the region, but they do not dare to speak for fear of being called to help them if they express their opinion or complain.
They waited quietly for justice, and hoped that there would be a part issued by the government at the end of last year, but it has not happened until now. Some of the suppliers who have a close relationship with the owners get it and eat them, most of the suppliers have already been taken by the contractor at a cheap price, such as houses and cars etc…
The reason for not paying these debts in the beginning is that the government does not have money, but now it is not known the real reason for not paying the debts of these small suppliers.
In addition, it is said that the basic rights of the public fund have been completely violated because no one can decide the head of the public fund in the region, but they have to wait for an order from the boss before they can release money. A close example is not being able to withdraw money from these mandatory expenses or “compulsory expenses” because you have to wait for a special permit to be able to do so.
Therefore, the small suppliers appeal to the competent authorities to solve this problem and let them know the truth that these suppliers are suffering. At least they said to look at those who invested less than 50 million riyals so that the government can return to their financial stability.
