A girl from the village of Mangistau asks for help. On April 12, at approximately 23:00, a guy approached her and began to forcibly lead her to a parked car, Liter.kz reports with reference to Lada.kz.
A village woman left her friend’s house, calling a taxi. As she says, a guy who was a friend of her friend’s husband approached her. He offered to accompany her to a taxi, which she refused. He then began to forcibly lead her to a parked car where two other young men were located.

“One began to lift me, causing pain, and the second accomplice came running, took me by the legs and, lifting me, pushed me into the car. I resisted and screamed. Once inside, I threatened them that I would jump out of the car if they didn’t stop. When the car stopped at a traffic light, I jumped out of the car and ran away. That same evening I called 102 and filed a statement. The next day they invited me to the Munaylinsky district police department, where they interrogated me. The case was closed on April 15. The investigator did not say that it was necessary to undergo an examination, and did not give a direction. They kept telling me that there was no crime. I want to protect myself and my rights. I’m not a beast to be taken like this, forced into a car, and stolen,” said the victim.

The girl hired a lawyer and only after that, according to her, did the case move forward.
“I recently had a face-to-face confrontation with these guys who kidnapped me. They do not admit their guilt and do not repent. They said that the case would be closed, it would not reach the court, and that it would be useless for me to try. Their car was not impounded. Witnesses were not interrogated. At first I asked for compensation for moral damages, but then I refused,” she says.
She assures that there are witnesses. The victim underwent an examination at her own expense, and she has the conclusion in her hands. The girl wants to bring the matter to an end, punishing the guilty.
