The “Free Syrian Party” calls on Damascus to classify the Polisario as a terrorist organization

The Free Syrian Party (the former Syrian Salvation Front) called on the new Syrian leadership in Damascus to issue a list of terrorist organizations banned on Syrian soil, including the separatist Polisario Front, and other extremist militias involved in the shedding of the blood of the Syrians, praising at the same time the ongoing legislative efforts in the American Congress to put the Polisario on the lists of terrorism.

The Syrian political organization itself renewed, as part of a statement reached by the electronic newspaper Hespress, valued by the courageous step taken by the new Syrian leadership by closing the Polisario offices inside Syria, considering it a culmination of the efforts made to expose the role of this separatist organization supported and linked to the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, which was one of Tehran’s tools in killing the Syrian people.

In a related context, the Free Syrian Party called on the Syrian state to accelerate the official recognition of the Moroccan Sahara, in order to fold the abuse committed by the Bashar al -Assad regime in the right of historical relations with Morocco, stressing that “the acceleration in the official recognition of the Kingdom’s sovereignty over the desert has become an urgent political necessity to prevent any malicious speculations or efforts seeking to hinder the course of progress in correcting the course of Moroccan -Syrian relations.”

The same party expressed its keenness to “build the best relations with the Kingdom of Morocco, and benefit from the accumulated experiences and experiences that Morocco possesses in various fields, and the qualitative transformation of this in rebuilding the Syrian security and military state institutions and projects of reconstruction, development and local administration”, stressing that his keenness to build the best relations with Morocco stems from its knowledge and awareness of the importance, depth and weight of Rabat in regional and international policy.
