Artsakh MPs have serious concerns about the accumulated pension funds of Artsakh citizens.
Although relevant legislative changes were made in both the legislative and executive bodies of the Republic of Armenia, an arrangement was made for early return of those sums to those who want them, because the exiled Artsakh citizens will now be considered RA employees and, accordingly, they will accumulate according to the RA legislative rules, and the process should already be started. was given, but the money is not transferred to the owners.
In Artsakh, pension funds were accumulated in the Conservative Pension Fund created by “General Asset Management” CJSC. The company was registered with the Central Bank of Armenia in 2019. on August 2, and received an investment fund activity license, that is, the activity is regulated by the Central Bank. Despite this, both the CBI and the RA government have decided to water down this topic, not to deal with the problem.
The elite of Artsakh has discussed: if the departments belonging to the Republic of Armenia continue this behavior, the people of Artsakh will initiate protest actions.
