The Director of the Royal College of Postgraduate Military Studies confirmed, yesterday, Wednesday in Kenitra, that the academic program for the 2024-2025 academic season will be developed in accordance with the High Royal Instructions regarding the necessity of keeping pace with the development of the strategic and operational environment.
In a speech he delivered on the occasion of the graduation ceremony of the 24th Regiment of the High Defense Corps and the 58th Regiment of the Staff Corps, which was chaired by Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan, at the Royal College of Postgraduate Military Studies, the director of the college said that the preparation of next year’s program will be in full accordance with royal instructions in order to keep pace with the development of… The strategic and operational environment through unifying analysis methodologies, developing knowledge, and updating academic curricula.
The director of the college added that, with regard to the Staff Corps, the operational training of each component of the Royal Armed Forces will be strengthened, while tools for tactical and operational analysis and planning will be developed.
With regard to digitization, the Director of the Royal College adds, the college will activate the digital platform system, indicating that this system will include the college’s electronic interface, the electronic portal for internal study courses, and the digital pedagogical platform for distance learning, which will enable it to be positioned within the African and international system of higher military education. .
In the same context, the spokesman continued, “All of these updates are based on the high directives contained in the daily order issued by His Majesty the King, the Supreme Commander and Chief of Staff of the Royal Armed Forces, may God support him and grant him victory, on the occasion of the 68th anniversary of the founding of the Royal Armed Forces, in which His Majesty specified the necessity of conducting A comprehensive assessment of the formation and establishing a new dynamic that is compatible with the changes taking place.”
In this context, the same director stated: “His Majesty the King, Supreme Commander and Chief of Staff of the Royal Armed Forces, may God protect him and grant him victory, kindly gave his high instructions to establish a new headquarters for the Royal College of Higher Military Studies in the city of Rabat, to become an integrated university center that brings together all the branches of higher military training.” .
The 24th Regiment of the High Defense Corps and the 58th Regiment of the Staff Corps include 285 graduates, including 70 officers who come from 26 brotherly and friendly countries of the Kingdom, namely the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Spain, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the United States of America, the United Arab Emirates, the Republics of Benin, and Burkina Faso.
