Canadian national team forward Bridget Carlton became the fifth player in modern Euroleague history to score at least 40 points in a game. Before her, the Bosnian Serb Lara Mandić, the Spanish Blanka Torres and the Lithuanian Jurgita Štreimikite-Virbickiene did it.
The graduate of Iowa State made 8 of 10 three-point shots and scored 41 points in a 91-80 victory over the strong Polish club Polkowice. Carlton had six rebounds, four steals and an efficiency rating of 47.
