The boy was chained and locked in a car

In Samarkand, the boy was chained and locked in a car, Liter.kz reports with reference to Gazeta.uz.

Human rights activist Abdurakhmon Tashanov spoke about child abuse. According to him, this was done by a former employee of the internal affairs bodies.

When police officers learned that violence had been committed by a former employee, they forced me to sign a protocol stating that this situation did not constitute violence, Tashanov said.

The press secretary of the General Prosecutor’s Office of Uzbekistan informed that a criminal case has been opened under the article “Forcible illegal deprivation of liberty.”

The Commissioner for Children’s Rights in Uzbekistan, Suraye Rakhmonova, later reported that the victim was a sixth-grade student at a military sports school.

His guardians asked the school teacher to send the boy to the Center for Social and Legal Assistance to Minors in the Samarkand Region because of his serious behavior. The guardian chained him inside the school teacher’s car so that he would not run away, the children’s ombudsman said.

Psychologists work with the child.

Earlier it was reported that the prosecutor’s office of the Karaganda region suspects that the child left in the maternity hospital was sold. The boy is missing.
