The animator who started the fire was studying to be a lifeguard

The animator who started a deadly fire at a quest in Makhachkala was studying to be a rescuer. However, he was unable to rescue two girls who had been burned alive from the fiery captivity, Liter.kz reports.

According to SHOT, 18-year-old Shamil is a second-year student at the Makhachkala Technical Fire and Rescue College. During interrogation today, he admitted that he poured too much gasoline on a quest participant who was chained to a chair. After that, he set fire to a glove to scare the girl, but the fire spread to her. Shamil threw the glove into the corner of the room – right on the chainsaws soaked in kerosene, which immediately burst into flames. The animator was unable to unfasten the burning victim.

The quest also involved a second actor, a 17-year-old boy who was supposed to play Pennywise. He has not yet been arrested.

It was reported that two girls were burned alive in the Makhachkala horror quest “House of Horrors”: 25-year-old Madina and 19-year-old Asiyat, who got married five days ago. Her 20-year-old husband Said is in intensive care with terrible burns, but he regained consciousness and said that he tried to save the girls, but it didn’t work.

During the fire, he and his friend were in another part of the room, and the girls were in the very part where the tragedy happened. When everything was covered in smoke, the friend was the first to find the exit and shouted to Said to follow his voice. The guy was able to save himself thanks to his friend. As the husband of one of the victims said, it was impossible to find the girls inside during the fire: in addition to the complete smoke, the situation was complicated by the fact that the room was arranged like a labyrinth.

Having got out into the street, Said saw their entertainer – the same 18-year-old Shamil, who was studying to be a rescuer and started the fire. According to the victim, the employee still tried to save the girls: he put on a gas mask and entered the burning room with Said, but, as the guy assures, he jumped back out less than 15 seconds later.

In the end, the girls were pulled out of the inferno by the arriving Emergencies Ministry employees. The victims later died in the hospital.

Thus, 20-year-old Said lost his 19-year-old wife Asiyat, whom he married five days ago.
