“The Angolan Secret” told in a literary work

Lady Mukeba, Angolan writer, also known as “Velho Kipacaça” held this Friday (10), the official launch of his new work entitled “O Segredo Angolano”, in Luanda.

The work, which is a realistic detective novel told from a perspective that aligns important historical records in the country’s culture, with the contours of a fictional life with several real characters, a mix of new and old from the very peculiar Angolan social and cultural vision.

Speaking to Notícias de Angola, Lady Mukeba made it known that this new work is the result of a lot of persistence and courage, since among the main difficulties she faced, sensitivity was the main one.

On the other hand, the author also intends with the work to draw the attention of Angolans to greater appreciation of their culture, as they are a very culturally rich people.

According to Fátima Fernandes, writer who presented the work, it brings to the fore classics of Angolan and international literature, as the work of “Velho Kipacaça”, unfolds around several facts that lead to suspense, curiosity and consequently several discoveries about “The Angolan Secret”.

Lady Francisco Mukeba “Velho Kipacaça”, is a writer and cultural thinker, has a degree in Communication Sciences, has already published three literary works, with emphasis on “The seller of Hope” 1 and 2, considered bestsellers in Angola and Brazil.
