The amount of debt repayment received by Wulan Guritno from Sabda Ahessa does not match the civil lawsuit

JAKARTA – Sabda Ahessa has paid off hundreds of millions of house renovation funds to Wulan Guritno. In this regard, Wulan’s civil lawsuit was finally withdrawn at the South Jakarta District Court (PN) today.

However, the amount for repayment of Sabda’s debt to Wulan is allegedly different from the amount stated in the civil lawsuit that the artist had previously filed.

Sabda, through his attorney, Aditya Anggriady, was reluctant to reveal the repayment amount agreed with his ex-girlfriend.

“We’re sorry we can’t reveal or provide information regarding the nominal because there is confidentiality between me and my client. So maybe thank God it’s peaceful,” said Aditya at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday (7/3/2024).

On the other hand, Aditya explained that there had been an intense meeting between the two parties to reach a peace agreement today.

“The civil case trial between our clients Sabda and Wulan Guritno has ended peacefully. This is also because of the intense correspondence between us and Mrs. Wulan Guritno’s attorney,” said Aditya.

Wulan herself has no objection regarding the difference in the nominal repayment amount from Sabda.

“The counts of the lawsuit are different, but there is another agreement between Wulan and Sabda. As far as I know, everything has been settled, so because the payment and settlement have been made, we are withdrawing the lawsuit,” said Wulan Guritno’s attorney, Ficky ​​Fernando.
