Likewise, in the absence of official confirmation, everything indicates that the Model Y will be the best-selling car in 2023 in Europe.

In this sense, Tesla highlighted that “hundreds of thousands of motorists have replaced their petrol cars with a Tesla”, while the company’s SUV was the most popular car in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, the Netherlands , Sweden and Switzerland. “The Model Y broke the 1986 record in Denmark as the best-selling car in one year, and Tesla broke the record after 33 years as the best-selling brand in Iceland.”
