Tereza Brodska recently visited her childhood home. The terraced house in Andělka, where she lived with her parents before they divorced, has preserved the charm and memories of past years. Although other people live in it today, they warmly invited her inside. The actress filmed the entire visit and couldn’t help but be moved. “I’m feeling a little sentimental today, today I’m going to see where I lived with mom and dad,” she launched her own mini-reports on social media at the very beginning.
In the garden, Tereza encountered objects that had survived decades. She was especially enchanted by the original feeder, the handiwork of her father Vlastimil Brodský. “Daddy’s booth, here it is! Dad used to do that. It’s incredible, it’s beautiful” she almost screamed with excitement in the video.
The recording of this visit, full of memories and personal observations, was shared by Tereza on her Instagram with a thoughtful comment: “The older you get, the more you remember… I’ve long wanted to see the places where I lived with my mom and dad. Especially for our little house, which my father wanted all his life. We didn’t live there very long, because after the divorce my parents sold it. But at least those few years were beautiful… and I’m sad and beautiful because we were here together. Thank you for letting me in, which really wasn’t planned!”
The new owners used some of the original decoration of the garden, rid the house of ivy. However, not everything was preserved. “Mum had bunches of heather here,” said the actress looking at the garden. The most touching moment, however, was when the actress focused on a low window leading into the garden. “Daddy had a study here,” she commented with emotion in her voice as she filmed the scene.
