The story of Nikita’s beating caused a wide resonance. A group of schoolchildren not only beat the guy, but also humiliated him in every possible way, Liter.kz reports with reference to the press service of the specialized interdistrict court for minors.
In July 2023, it became known that a group of people beat a 13-year-old teenager at the Toraigyry University stadium. As a result of punches and kicks to the head and body, the boy suffered serious harm to his health. Two teenagers were charged.
On April 1, the perpetrators of the beating were sentenced. The court considered a criminal case on the fact of intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm by a group of persons by prior conspiracy against a known minor.
The prosecutor asked that the defendants be sentenced to six years in prison. The teenagers themselves partially admitted their guilt and asked not to deprive them of their freedom.
By the verdict of the court D.M. and M.A. each was sentenced to six years’ imprisonment to be served in a medium-security penal system for keeping minors. Also, three million tenge was recovered from the legal representatives of the defendants in compensation for moral damage, – reported in the press service of the specialized interdistrict court for minors.
The verdict did not enter into legal force.
Unfortunately, Nikita was not the only victim of the evil teenagers. It became known that they brutally beat his classmate.
