In his speech to the Congress of the Republic, the head of Minedu reported that a total of 20,000 new jobs will be available by 2024 to promote educators. Likewise, Ponce Vértiz underlined that his ministerial portfolio has implemented the necessary measures to evaluate the work done by teachers, as well as the increase in salaries.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE 2024 TEACHERS APPOINTMENT COMPETITION?
According to Minedu, the requirements to participate in the competition for the teaching position are as follows:
- Have a teaching diploma or bachelor’s degree in Education
- Comply with the requirements, according to the registration group chosen in Annex III of the regulatory document
- Have good physical and mental health that allows you to practice teaching
- Not having been convicted of an intentional crime
- Not having been convicted of crimes of corruption of officials or drug trafficking or having committed acts of violence that violate the fundamental rights of the person and property.
- Not be disqualified from holding public office due to dismissal, dismissal or judicial decision indicating so
- Failure to register sanctions in the National Register of Sanctions against Public Employees (RNSSC)
- Not being registered in the Register of Civil Reparations Debtors for Intentional Crimes (Redereci).
