Stemming from that sentiment and regret, on Sunday afternoon (July 21), before class at home, Mr. Phuc used colorful chalk to draw a portrait of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on the anti-glare board.

According to Mr. Phuc, his drawing has a portrait of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong at the top, with a vast blue sky behind. The portrait of the General Secretary is depicted by Mr. Phuc with a dignified expression and a gentle smile.

Below are marigold flowers – the flower symbolizing longevity, eternity and immortality.

“I drew the picture in about 2 hours. After finishing, I asked my wife if it was beautiful. She nodded emotionally, so I took a picture of the picture to share online with the status line.”“BORDERING CHALICE AS A SAYING OFF TO UNCLE HO”.

Even though I live far away, I want to use the portrait and marigold flowers instead of incense to send to General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong,” Mr. Phuc shared.

After completing this drawing, Mr. Phuc took a photo to save and share it on his personal page. This emotional portrait of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong quickly received the attention and shares of many social media users.

According to Mr. Phuc, he has been teaching art since 1995 at various schools in Ha Tinh. Before that, he often drew portraits of President Ho Chi Minh and many other Party and State leaders with chalk.
