necessary ingredients
– 1 cup sago
– 4 boiled potatoes
– Half cup peanuts (roasted and coarsely ground)
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
– 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
– 1 piece ginger (finely chopped)
– 2 tbsp green coriander (finely chopped)
– One and a half teaspoon sugar (optional)
– 2 tbsp sama flour
– Rock salt as per taste
recipe
– Soak sago for 7-8 hours.
– Add all the ingredients except oil for frying in a bowl and mix.
– If the mixture seems sticky then add sama flour to it.
– Take a little mixture in greased hands and make medium sized vadas.
– Pierce these vadas with your finger and fry them on low flame till they become crisp.
– Serve the fruit hot with green chutney or curd.
