Tamim Iqbal has withdrawn from the upcoming elections of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB). Former captain of the national team withdrew the nomination papers at Sher -e -Bangla Cricket Stadium at around 8am this morning.

8-12 nomination papers including Tamim have withdrawn. A source close to Tamim confirmed this information to Jago News.

The BCB elections will be voted on October 7. And the last date for withdrawing the nomination before that is today October 7. On the last day of withdrawing the nomination, Tamim suddenly moved away.

Heavyweight candidates like Saeed Ibrahim Ahmed, Israfil Khasru, Syed Borhanul Islam and Rafiqul Islam Babu have been withdrawn from the elections like Tamim.

Needless to say, the BNP -backed councilors on which the court banned the club again. Naturally, the 5 sure vote will be lost in the BNP -led BNP -led panel.

Besides, four candidates will not be able to choose from the panel of 12 people arranged in the last minute. This is a lot to decline in energy. As a result, the rumor was heard the previous day, that Tamim Iqbal, along with the BNPists, could withdraw from the elections. That’s it.
