‘Succession’ and ‘The Bear’ tie with six wins at the 75th Emmy Awards

The fourth and final season of ‘Succession’ and the first installment of ‘The Bear’ tied as the most awarded productions with six awards each at the 75th edition of the Emmys, which was held four months after its usual date due to the strikes. from Hollywood.

Among the important awards, ‘The Bear’ only missed out on best comedy actress, which was won by Quinta Brunson of ‘Abbott Elementary’, who became the first African-American performer to win this award in 33 years.

As a screenwriter, Brunson had already become the second black woman to win last year after Lena Waithe for ‘Master of None’.

For its part, the audience phenomenon ‘Beef’, from Netflix, bagged a total of five awards thanks to its triumphs as best limited series of the year, best script, direction and best leading actor thanks to the performance of Steven Yeun and best actress of this format, which Ali Wong obtained.
