In a Catholic school in La Plata, Argentinaa student who edited photos of several classmates so that they appeared naked was reported.
Las families of those affected expressed their concern to the local media El Día, pointing out that the minor edited the photos and spread them.
The authorities of the San Cayetano School are involved in the situation and the Departmental Directorate of Research has also intervened in the case.
“A second-year boy was in charge of stealing photos of 13 school students from his personal Instagram, and modifying them so that they looked naked and making them viral,” said one of the representatives.
According to the complaint, the student manipulated images of thirteen students from the establishment, adding obscene texts and inappropriate content, in addition to sharing his own photo.
The victims, between thirteen and fifteen years old, seek to have the person responsible expelled from the educational institution.
The affected young women tried to address the problem with the principal, but she claimed she could not intervene, maintaining that the incident occurred outside the school environment.
However, given the response from the educational authority, both the students and their representatives went to the justice authorities.
The case is being investigated and, so far, the charges that the teenager involved could face are unknown.
