A book of short stories entitled “Joanito Friend of the Environment”, written by Angolan writer Elsa Barber, which addresses good environmental preservation practices is being exhibited at Expo Dubai 2020 edition.
According to the note that Notícias de Angola had access to today, the book emphasizes social values, skills, competence, methods and knowledge, as the pillars of environmental education.
It is a work in a literary genre that highlights the importance of building a cleaner and better future for the next generations.
The book has already been translated into Arabic. The MASFAMU delegation at Expo 2020 Dubai received some copies from Commissioner Albina Assis.
In this edition of the Expo, the Angolan pavilion receives a variety of visitors daily, including adults, elderly people and children from various countries.
Elsa Barber Dias dos Santos do Espírito Santo is from Luanda, graduated in Law from the Agostinho Neto University. It has on the market the work “Sustainable Business in Angola”, launched in 2015.
