Swapna Saha, the mother of Dhakai movie ‘Sultan’ famous hero Bappi Chowdhury, has passed away recently. After losing his mother, Bappi seems to be somewhat lifeless. He cannot overcome the grief of losing his mother.
Bappi is not talking to everyone like before. However, since the death of his mother, he has been spending time to observe religious rituals. This is known during the conversation with Bappi.
In this context, Bappi told Jago News, ‘I grew up in a joint family. Although I grew up with many family members, my mother was my dearest, closest person. I was family oriented since my childhood. Especially my everything revolved around my mother. You can say he was my world. My meditation was to take care of my mother after she fell ill. I couldn’t think of anything else. I stayed away from my film work to be with my mother full time. In one word, I stayed away from films to serve my mother. But mother is not with us today.’ Bappi’s voice became heavy as he spoke.

After that, Bappi became somewhat normal and said, ‘Mother is going to have a busy time performing religious rituals as she has changed her mind. So I can’t pick up anyone’s phone. Before that, I had to make an appointment with the doctor for my mother’s treatment, so I could not pick up the phone. When I got free, it was late at night – so I couldn’t call. As a result, many people are upset with me. Some have misunderstood me.’
Bappi said about returning to work again, I will return to work again soon. It will take some time. I spent the last time with my mother, she was like a child to me. I took my mother to the hospital before she died. I can’t forget this memory. It will take me a little more time to get used to it.’
Bappi’s latest released movie is Shatru. Zahara Mitu acted opposite him. Besides, he has a few movies in hand. Several movies including ‘570’ are awaiting release.
