Rigid pavement benefits

The incorporation of rigid pavement is a modality that will allow greater durability against heavy traffic and extreme climatic conditions. It will also reduce maintenance costs and improve road safety. In addition, it will promote the use of national supplies and generate direct and indirect employment in the region.

This initiative complies with the provisions of Law No. 5841/17, which promotes the use of rigid pavement in the road infrastructure of the country, regulated in May 2024 by decree 1,683/24 signed by President Santiago Peña.
