Sports adviser to find out the football team trapped in Nepal –

Youth and Sports Advisor Asif Mahmud Sajeeb Bhuiyan has investigated Bangladesh National Football Team in Nepal. Public Relations Officer of the Ministry. Nur Alam said the sports adviser is monitoring the situation to ensure the safety and return of the football team.

Currently, senior officials of the Chief Advisors and the Ministry of Youth and Sports are actively working on taking necessary steps for the speeding and safe return of the party. The Bangladesh Embassy in Nepal is being in contact with this matter.

Due to the ongoing protests in Nepal, the return of Bangladesh National Football Team has been temporarily delayed. Although the football team was scheduled to return from Tribhuvan International Airport to the local time on Tuesday (September 7th), the airport authorities canceled all flights due to deterioration of the situation. As a result, players and officials of the team are currently staying at the team hotel.

Nur Alam also said that the Bangladesh government is having close contact with the Nepal government to ensure a seamless return of Bangladesh football team, especially in the context of the Prime Minister’s resignation.

Youth and Sports Advisor Jamal Bhuiyan and team manager Amer Khan have contacted the phone and investigated the overall situation. At the same time, they assured to ensure all the measures needed for quick return to the country.
