Zillertal Adventure Dairy refreshes with a new hay milk yoghurt variety
Mayrhofen (OTS) – For an enjoyable and refreshing summer, the Tyrolean hay milk pioneers are bringing a new yoghurt to the refrigerated shelves.
Hay farming is the most original form of dairy farming and has been a tradition in the Zillertal for centuries. In 1954, the Kröll family was one of the first to start processing hay milk and refine the precious raw material – with a lot of love and sensitivity – into their customers’ favorite products.
The Zillertal Adventure Dairy is expanding its colorful yoghurt family to a true Dessert classics. True to the motto “Zillertal meets Italy” The heavenly creamy hay milk yoghurt is now available in the popular variety Chocolate chipBut the Kröll family has still put their personal note and the recipe refined with roasted splinters of real cocoa beans. And thanks to the environmentally friendly 3-piece cup the environment also likes it.
“Thanks to the high-quality raw materials and long maturation times, our hay milk yoghurts are extra creamy,” explains Managing Director Christian Kröll. “The hay milk from our mountain farmers comes from the Zillertal alpine pastures and mountain farms and is refined and packaged here in the valley.”
The new yoghurt variety and the 9 more hay milk yoghurts from the Zillertal adventure dairy are available in Tyrolean shops, as well as in other selected Austrian and German supermarkets!
