Nhat Minh excellently won the laurel wreath in the second quarter, on his way to Olympia for the 24th year with 250 points, bringing the first videoconference to Hung Vuong High School for the Gifted, Gia Lai.
The 2nd quarter competition, the 24th year of the Road to Olympia program, witnessed the competition of 4 contestants: Nguyen Thanh Phuong (Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted, Da Nang), Nguyen Minh Dinh Thien (Dong Ha High School, Quang Tri ), Nguyen Quoc Nhat Minh (Hung Vuong High School for the Gifted, Gia Lai) and Le Pham Minh Toan (Le Thanh Tong Secondary School, Ho Chi Minh City).
Entering the first part of the exam – Warm-up, four contestants went through 2 rounds of individual questions and general questions in a short time. At the end of the competition, Nhat Minh quickly rose to the top of the climbing group with 60 points, Thanh Phuong 25 points, Dinh Thien 20 and Minh Toan temporarily ranked last with 10 points.
Keywords to search for in the Obstacle Course competition include 7 letters. In the Acceleration section, the contestants made a breakthrough and won an impressive score. Nhat Minh quickly regained his form by repeatedly winning the maximum score. At the end of the questions, Gia Lai male student won 190 points and temporarily took the lead, Thanh Phuong ranked second with 105 points, followed by Minh Toan with 80 points and Dinh Thien with 50 points.
In the deciding contest – Finishing, Nhat Minh chose 3 questions of 20 – 20 – 20 points. Male students always maintain a calm and confident attitude when answering questions in this final exam. The male student finished with 250 points, far ahead of the remaining three students.
Next, Thanh Phuong recklessly chose 3 questions of 30 – 30 – 30 points, surprising everyone. After two questions where the exact answer could not be given, Thanh Phuong chose the star of hope and entrusted it in the last question. However, the male student could not develop his strengths and only had 75 points after his exam.
Minh Toan also chose 3 questions of 30 – 30 – 30 points and the male student performed extremely well by consecutively answering two questions correctly in his field of mathematics. The boys finished with 140 points and ranked second in the climbing group.
Dinh Thien finished the Finishing contest with a question package of 20 – 30 – 30 points and a star of hope. Dinh Thien was able to score points on the question with the help of the star of hope, the male student currently has 60 points. Also in this contest, Thanh Phuong won an additional 30 points from question number two of Dinh Thien.
In the end, the owner of the laurel wreath of the 2nd Quarter contest of the Road to Olympia program in its 24th year belonged to contestant Nguyen Quoc Nhat Minh (Hung Vuong Gifted High School, Gia Lai) with 250 points. Meaning, the second live television broadcast in this year’s final belongs to Gia Lai province.
