Space X has successfully completed the final test of an important phase of the starship rocket departing to its Mars.
On Monday in Texas, Space X’s Starbase launch site conducted a rocket up -stage a static fire test of six repeater engines, during which engine launches were tied to the launch pad.
The next flight test is expected to be done in the coming days or weeks.
It will be the eleventh test flight of the world’s largest and most powerful rocket, which Elon Musk, head of SpaceX, wants to use astronauts to take Mars in 2029.
Starship is also being prepared to transport astronauts and goods to the moon level under the NASA Artems program. The next test flight will be based on a profile like the last two tests, in which the rocket’s upper stage will launch from the star base and will later fall into the Indian Ocean.
This year, SpaceX has faced numerous failures in connection with the Starship Launchs, but the most recent test of August 26 was successful. Due to these obstacles, NASA has had to push the timeline of its Artems program, which aims to send humans to the moon again after more than half a century.

The landing target on the moon was first set for 2024, but due to difficulties in manufacturing the Starship Human Landing System (HLS), the mission is no longer possible before the mid -2027.
A recent meeting of the Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel warned that NASA’s lunar mission could be further delayed.
“The schedule of HLS is under extreme pressure and our estimated landing on the moon may be delayed for many years under Artemis 3 missions in 2027,” said Paul Hill, a member of the panel and former NASA director.
The main problem is linked to the Orbital Refueling of the rocket, which is essential to the astronauts to the surface of the moon. Space X has not yet proven the process, called the Croogeneanic Property Transfer.
The Advisory Panel concluded that the launch of the stars in the next six months would be decisive to decide whether the HLS would be able to carry the astronauts before the 2027 or the end of the decade. ‘
