What are the 3 words that summarize the mood of your network at the end of the year?
We close the year 2023 and begin the year 2024 with the watchwords: dynamism, sharing and curiosity.
How many franchises (or outlets) have you opened in 2023?
SOWINK welcomed 8 new franchises this year.
Are you satisfied with your performance? What is your assessment of the year 2023?
We are very pleased with the quality and vision of the new affiliates. Their starts are very promising. The market is evolving with the arrival of artificial intelligence, the future promises to be exciting.
How did you organize your network? Have you implemented specific initiatives to strengthen exchanges with your affiliates?
For us, the goal of animation was to help agencies grow through:
- Training (by videoconference or in person),
- Old news on the latest news on the web,
- Support in meeting debriefings/related costs,
- Answers to their questions,
- Responsiveness in their requests,
- Regular individual exchanges,
- Requests for ideas or designs for new products.
Our specific initiatives to strengthen exchanges included debate sessions, organized twice a month (30 minute format). They also take the form of feedback, once a month (30 minute format). Other unique events also dotted the year: a 2-day seminar combining training and conviviality and two days of exchange in Paris, to learn together (1-day format).
What are your development plans and expectations for 2024?
Qualiopi certified this year, we will focus our projects on the training vertical in 2024. A dedicated service will offer entrepreneurship training in particular, financed by the CPF.
