On August 11, to the investigative authorities Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Republic of Khakassia A report was received about the discovery of the body of a 43-year-old man with signs of violent death near the entrance to a building on Komsomolskaya Street in the city of Norilsk, Liter.kz reports.
According to investigators, the day before the incident, the 23-year-old suspect learned from his mother that she was going to divorce his father because of her close relationship with another man. Then the son asked his mother to introduce him to her lover.
On the afternoon of August 11, the suspect and his mother arrived at the house on Komsomolskaya Street in Norilsk, where her friend lived. A verbal conflict broke out between the men near the entrance, during which the young man dealt his opponent one fatal blow to the head.
The defendant has been detained. The question of choosing a preventive measure in the form of detention is being decided.
In a criminal case, the necessary investigative actions are carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime committed.
