Over the weekend, Alpine skier Martina Dubovská announced the devastating news of her father Ján’s death to her fans. Moreover, the sad event came only three years after the tragic death of Martina’s mother. Now Dubovská has shown the part and revealed how the family wishes for a final farewell.
“Dad, as quickly as you lived, you left us quickly. Too fast,” it stands in the quotation at the beginning of the parte.
“Farewelling him will be special. As he himself was. No funeral home, just a wide meadow and freedom.” announced the family, who chose Lúčka’s cottage for their last farewell, which, according to Martina, is a place her father liked very much. Family, acquaintances and friends will meet there on Sunday half an hour before noon.
“Together we caress his picture, remember him with a few (or many) memories and stories, cry (and smile) and wish him to rest in peace and watch over us from above.” it says in the text.
But even in the case of clothes, the family does not want to stick to traditions. “Please come in sports clothes (no black!), and instead of flowers, bring a shared experience written on a piece of paper or a photo and drop them into the box that will be provided. Then we, his children, will read and look at them when we feel sad and when we want to feel that we are even closer to him.” wish the survivors who thanked at the end. At the end of the obituary, his children Ján Dubovský Jaja, Maťa, Leo and Teo, as well as the family, are signed.
