The contact center is expected to provide services based on “single window”. He will provide advice on obtaining oralman status, obtaining Kazakhstani citizenship, social benefits and government payments, and help with employment.
“Now digitalization is taking place throughout the country, and our foundation is also working in this direction,” said Nurtai Abykaev. – About five million Kazakhs live outside of Kazakhstan, and we help them keep in touch with their homeland, and for those who came, we try to make life easier, we help them adapt to our conditions. Our Foundation is actively working, memorandums have been concluded with akimats, and our entire society is involved.
According to Abykaev, the Foundation is carrying out comprehensive work to unite all types of assistance to oralmans in the Unified Contact Center. As part of this work, cooperation agreements were reached with city and regional akimats, national companies, entrepreneurs, various funds and holdings. The purpose of this activity is to provide advice on opening your own business and promoting your own technologies.
Kazakhtelecom JSC acted as a partner and provided all the necessary software and hardware to create a contact center.
“I would like to say that all services of the contact center, including telephone calls from the numbers of all mobile operators in Kazakhstan, will be free,” added Kuanyshbek Esekeyev, Chairman of the Board of Kazakhtelecom JSC. – For our company this is a great achievement in the field of social responsibility.
