SINAFOCAL DELIVERY CERTIFIED TO THE SECOND PROMOTION OF TECHNIQUES IN SERVICE STATIONS

The National Labor Training and Training System (SINAFOCAL) delivered certificates of technicians in service stations to 25 workers who satisfactorily culminated their training in the Professionalization Center of the Bahía Group.

The event was held this morning at the Shell Bay, Asunción and the presence of the Sinafocal Technical Secretary, Alfredo Mongelós.

This is the second promotion of the technical course specialized in service stations, among the 25 graduates, there are 17 women and 8 men.

The training was in charge of the Grupo Bahía Professionalization Center, accredited by the SINAFOCAL. The institution stands out for being the first in the country to offer specialized training in the field of service stations.

The Technical Secretary of the Sinafocal, Alfredo Mongelós, congratulated the graduates and highlighted the importance of the private public alliance for the training of workers.

“People sometimes do not understand that training processes are not easy and even more in an era where young people do not believe much, where they think that technology will solve all their problems absolutely,” he said.

“Many times young people do not find work because they have no experience or certifications that support what they know how to do. These opportunities open the door to the world of work, teach them values, teamwork and deal with people,” said Mongelós.

The technical secretary also thanked the Bahia group and said that “thanks to the Bahia group for trusting the state. This training model in real environments inspires other companies to join. Each training center installed in a company is an act of social responsibility that generates true impact.”

“That role they receive today is not just a title, it is an official recognition that dignifies. In Paraguay, thousands of people receive their first certificate at age 50 or 60, and that changes the history of their families. Because when mom or dad they are certified, they also inspire their children to study,” he concluded.

During the training process the following modules were developed: Store operations: Customer Service and Product Management. Beach operations: fuel load and operational safety and additional services: change of oils and non-oil products.
