Karana Raja, a surgeon from Great Britain, has suggested simple ways to get rid of snoring.
Publika.az “The Sun” published the doctor’s advice.
According to the surgeon, snoring occurs due to the vibration of the tongue, throat and airways, which relaxes during sleep. To strengthen the muscles of these parts of the body, you need to do gymnastics.
Raja advised sticking the tongue out and holding it firmly in this position for five seconds:
“For the best results, you can put a spoon in front of your face and press your tongue on it. Another simple exercise is to move the tongue from right to left. To strengthen the muscles of the larynx, you need to open the mouth, press the tongue to the palate and stay in this position for five seconds. Each exercise three times a day – should be repeated four times”.
Earlier, neurologist and otorhinolaryngologist Zarina Zaoeva and Dmitry Rynkov said that snoring can be considered a relatively normal condition. If this condition is complicated by respiratory arrest, it is extremely dangerous for health.
