The chairman of the supervisory board will resign his mandate at the end of the next general meeting and will no longer be available for a new election
Innsbruck (OTS) – As of today, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SIGNA Prime Selection AG, Dr. Alfred Gusenbauer, announced that he would convene a general meeting as soon as possible after the announced creditors’ meeting on March 18, 2024. At the end of this, he will resign from the Supervisory Board and will no longer be available for re-election. The board was informed of this decision and asked to make the necessary preparations. “With the meeting of creditors, Signa Prime is entering a new phase of its development. This new beginning also requires a realignment of the organs in order to be able to move into the future with new confidence.
