Shorten the process of investing in rest stops on highways

To speed up the completion of the rest stop system on highways, the Ministry of Transport also requires Project Management Boards and investors to research plans to create a number of temporary rest stops, including: Restroom areas facilities, ITS service system, gas stations, so that when investment, construction procedures are completed and put into operation, there will be a complete standard rest stop.
